Erb, Jr. Finishes Second in Final
Week One Hell Tour Point Standings!
(June
16, 2025) The first grueling week of the DIRTcar
Summer Nationals tour took place from June 10-15 and Dennis Erb,
Jr. entered in all five events that were completed in the Land
of Lincoln. The Carpentersville, Illinois ace started out the
week with a sixteenth place effort in Tuesday's opener at the
Brownstown Bullring and an eleventh place performance on Wednesday
at Kankakee County Speedway before turning up the wick on the
competition.
In the next three shows - excluding Friday's rain-out
at Tri-City Speedway, Dennis landed on the podium in the third
position. At Peoria Speedway on Thursday, he ran second in his
heat race before climbing to third to trail only $5,000 winner
Drake Troutman and runner-up Ryan Unzicker. On Saturday with a
$10,000 payday up for grabs at Fairbury Speedway, Dennis earned
Fast Time honors in qualifying, won his heat race, and later placed
third behind only victor Brian Shirley and runner-up Jason Feger.
At Sycamore Speedway in Sunday's finale for the
week, Dennis finished second in his heat race and climbed four
positions during the 30-lapper to round out the podium in third
behind only $5,000 winner Jason Feger and runner-up Brian Shirley.
By virtue of his strong showing throughout the week, Dennis finished
second in the final point tally for week one and was awarded an

Dennis Erb Racing Competes in Dirt
Late Model Dream at Eldora
(June
8, 2025) The #28 team invaded the famed Eldora
Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio from June 4-7 for the 31st edition
of the 'Dirt Late Model Dream.' The long week at the 1/2-mile,
high-banked venue started on Wednesday night with a $20,000 to
win FloRacing Night in America Series contest. Dennis Erb, Jr.
ran eleventh in both his heat race and his B-Main.
In his $30,000 'Dirt Late Model Dream' prelim night
on Thursday, Dennis placed tenth in his heat race and twelfth
in his B-Main. With a whopping $100,000 payday up for grabs in
Saturday's grand finale, Dennis blasted to fifth in his heat race
prior to slipping to sixth in his B-Main. Unfortunately, the Carpentersville,
Illinois ace was unable to crack the starting grid for the trio

Erb, Jr. Battles Back to Sixth
in $25,000 Illinois Valley Showdown
(June
1, 2025) The Dennis Erb Racing team was in the
pit area at LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois on May 30-31
for the 'Illinois Valley Showdown,' which was sanctioned by the
MARS Racing Series. On Friday night in the $5,000 to win Twisted
Twin 25s, Dennis Erb, Jr. ran second in his heat race and later
climbed two spots during the first 25-lap feature to place fourth
at the checkers behind only winner Bobby Pierce, Shannon Babb,
and Brandon Sheppard. After a ten-car invert for the second 25-lapper,
Dennis slipped to an eleventh place performance to cap off the
program.
On Saturday evening with a $25,000 paycheck up for grabs in the
weekend finale, Dennis stopped the clock third fastest in Group
B during qualifying prior to advancing to finish second in his
heat race. The Carpentersville, Illinois star then rolled off
from the outside of the third row in the 75-lap headliner and
had vaulted all the way up to second when he was unfortunately
spun on lap 43. Dennis was forced to rebound to salvage a sixth
place effort in the 'Illinois Valley Showdown' behind only victor
Bobby Pierce, Ryan Unzicker, Brandon Sheppard, Tyler Erb, and

Dennis Erb, Jr. Secures First Win
of 2025 Campaign at Spoon River!
(May
26, 2025) Dennis Erb, Jr. claimed his first feature
win of the 2025 campaign on Sunday evening, May 25 at Spoon River
Speedway in Banner, Illinois! Dennis clicked off the fastest lap
in Group B during MARS Racing Series qualifying and later secured
a heat race triumph. After starting the 40-lap main event from
the outside of the front row, Dennis grabbed the top spot away
from Ryan Unzicker on the tenth circuit. The Carpentersville,
Illinois native then led all but one lap during the remainder
of the contest to bag the $5,000 first place prize money ahead
of runner-up Shannon Babb, Ryan Unzicker, Jason Feger, and Ashton
Winger!
A night earlier on Saturday, May 24 at Fairbury Speedway in Fairbury,
Illinois, another $5,000 winner's check was on the line with the
MARS Racing Series. Dennis stopped the clock fifth quickest in
Group A during the qualifying session prior to finishing second
in his heat race. He then rolled off from the inside of the fifth
row in the 40-lapper and charged to the front of the strong field.
At the checkers, Dennis rounded out the podium in third behind
only victor Jason Feger and runner-up Brian Shirley. Full results

Two More
Top Tens in Keystone State for Dennis Erb Racing
(May
19, 2025) A hectic week of racing saw Dennis
Erb, Jr. compete in the states of Iowa, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
from May 13-18. Action kicked off on Tuesday night at Marshalltown
Speedway in Marshalltown, Iowa with a $20,000 to win FloRacing
Night in America Series showdown. Dennis went twelfth quickest
in Group A during the qualifying session before advancing in his
heat race to grab the fourth transfer spot. He was then able to
pick off a trio of competitors during the 50-lap feature en route
to a twelfth place showing.
At Raceway 7 in Conneaut, Ohio on Thursday, the World of Outlaws
Real American Beer Late Model Series presided over a $12,000 to
win showdown. Dennis stopped the clock tenth fastest in Group
B during qualifying prior to finishing third in his heat race.
The Carpentersville, Illinois standout then rolled off from the
outside of the sixth row in the 35-lap main event before winding
up right where he started... in the twelfth spot.
Following a rain-out on Friday at Marion Center Raceway, the
Dennis Erb Racing team was back at it again on Saturday evening
at the Marion Center, Pennsylvania oval in the annual 'Connor
Bobik Memorial,' which boasted a $30,000 payday. Dennis ran sixth
in his heat race and second in his B-Main prior to blasting past
twelve racecars during the 60-lapper on his way to a stellar seventh
place effort. In Sunday's World of Outlaws Late Model Series visit
to the sprawling Bedford Speedway in Bedford, Pennsylvania, Dennis
placed third in his loaded heat race and later moved forward during
the $20,000 to win headliner to earn another seventh place performance.

Four Top Tens for Dennis Erb, Jr.
During Hectic Illinois Speedweek
(May
11, 2025) Dennis Erb Racing invaded five dirt
ovals in the Land of Lincoln from May 6-10 and walked away with
four Top Ten performances. Their best effort came on Wednesday
at Spoon River Speedway in Banner, Illinois. Dennis Erb, Jr. laid
down the fastest time in Group B during FloRacing Night in America
Series qualifying prior to finishing third in his loaded heat
race. The Carpentersville, Illinois ace then advanced five spots
during the course of the 50-lap main event on his way to finishing
fifth at the checkers behind only $20,000 winner Jonathan Davenport,
Hudson O'Neal, Bobby Pierce, and Brian Shirley!
On Saturday evening, Illinois Speedweek wrapped up with a $30,000
to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series showdown at Fairbury Speedway
in downtown Fairbury, Illinois. Dennis timed in sixth quickest
in Group B during the qualifying session and later ran third in
his heat race. After rolling off from the outside of the sixth
row in the 60-lap headliner, Dennis was able to steer past six
competitors to land in the sixth finishing position behind only
victor Jonathan Davenport, Brandon Sheppard, Bobby Pierce, Tyler
Bruening, and Shannon Babb.
Other finishes for the busy week included an eighth place performance
on Tuesday at LaSalle (IL) Speedway, a twentieth place showing
on Thursday at Lincoln (IL) Speedway, and an eighth place effort

Top Ten for Dennis Erb, Jr. in
Dairyland Showdown Opener at MTS
(May
4, 2025) The condensed 'Dairyland Showdown' took
place on May 2-3 at Mississippi Thunder Speedway in Fountain City,
Wisconsin. With Mother Nature taking the victory on Thursday night,
a $25,000 top prize was up for grabs on Friday evening to kick
off the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series
doubleheader. Dennis Erb, Jr. advanced to finish third in his
heat race and later picked off four more competitors during the
50-lap feature. At the checkers, Dennis found himself a solid
eighth in the final finishing order.
In Saturday's grand finale, which boasted a $30,000 paycheck,
Dennis started off his night by posting the twelfth fastest time
in Group B during qualifying prior to moving up to finish second
in his heat race. The Carpentersville, Illinois ace then battled
hard for another possible top ten showing in the 50-lapper before
winding up thirteenth at the unfurling of the checkered flag.

Erb, Jr. Tackles Rain-Shortened
Alabama Gang 100 Weekend
(April
27, 2025) The Dennis Erb Racing team ventured
south last weekend to Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, Alabama
for the annual running of the 'Alabama Gang 100.' The World of
Outlaws Real American Beer Late Model Series doubleheader was
slated to start on Friday, April 25 with a $12,000 to win showdown.
Unfortunately, afternoon rain showers at TST wiped out the weekend
opener.
On Saturday evening, April 26, a whopping $50,000 top prize was
on the line in the 'Alabama Gang 100' grand finale. Dennis Erb,
Jr. went nineteenth quickest in Group B during the qualifying
session prior to finishing ninth in his heat race and tenth in
his B-Main. After utilizing a series provisional to start shotgun
on the field in the 100-lap headliner, Dennis was able to advance
seven spots to salvage a nineteenth place performance. The Carpentersville,
Illinois ace now sits eleventh in the latest version of the WOOLMS
point standings exiting the track deemed as the Hornet's Nest.

Pair of Podium Performances for
Dennis Erb, Jr. in Slocum 50!!
(April
20, 2025) A trio of MARS Racing Series contests
in the Hawkeye State greeted the #28 team from April 17-19 and
Dennis Erb, Jr. was able to amass a pair of podium efforts and
an additional top ten finish. On Thursday night in the opener
at Cedar County Raceway in Tipton, Iowa, Dennis advanced to fifth
in his heat race prior to grabbing the second transfer spot through
his B-Main. The Carpentersville, Illinois ace then picked off
twelve competitors during the $5,000 to win main event to claim
a solid eighth place performance.
The annual running of the 'Slocum 50' was up next for the team,
as they ventured to 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa for a
doubleheader weekend. In Friday's $5,000 to win contest, Dennis
won his heat race in preliminary action prior to finishing a close
runner-up in the 40-lap feature behind only victor Bobby Pierce.
On Saturday evening, the 17th Annual 'Slocum 50' finale took center
stage and a $10,555 payday was up for grabs. Dennis clicked off
the second fastest time in his group during qualifying, won his
heat race once again, and later rounded out the podium in third
after fifty green flag circuits behind only feature winner Pierce

Points Exiting Illini 100
(April
13, 2025) The Dennis Erb Racing team made the
trek to Farmer City Raceway in Farmer City, Illinois on April
11-12, as the World of Outlaws Late Model Series sanctioned the
annual running of the 'Illini 100.' With a $12,000 top prize up
for grabs in Friday's weekend opener, Dennis Erb, Jr. timed in
ninth quickest in Group B during qualifying prior to placing fifth
in his heat race. After grabbing the third and final transfer
spot through his B-Main, Dennis was able to pick off eleven competitors
during the 40-lap feature event en route to a steady eleventh
place performance.
At the 1/4-mile bullring on Saturday evening, a $20,000 winner's
check was on the line in the finale of the 'Illini 100.' Dennis
stopped the clock thirteenth fastest in Group A during time trials
before running seventh in his heat race and fourth in his B-Main.
The Carpentersville, Illinois ace then received a series provisional
to gain access into the 60-lapper and was able to salvage a thirteenth
place showing from the rear of the field. Dennis currently sits
tenth in the latest version of the WOOLMS point standings exiting

30, 2025) On March 28-29, the annual 'Nippy 50'
took place at Maquoketa Speedway in Maquoketa, Iowa and 44 MARS
Late Model Championship Series competitors piled into the pit
area for the doubleheader weekend. With a $10,000 paycheck up
for grabs in Friday's opener, Dennis Erb, Jr. advanced to second
in his heat race and later wound up twelfth in the final finishing
order of the 40-lap feature event. In Saturday's $15,000 to win
weekend finale, Dennis advanced to finish fourth in his heat race
and seventh in the final rundown of the 50-lap headliner. Full

Raceway in Swainsboro, Georgia on March 21-22 for the 'Battle
at the Crossroads,' which was sanctioned by the World of Outlaws
Late Model Series. On Friday night with a $12,000 payday up for
grabs, Dennis was forced to rely on a series provisional to gain
access into the 35-lap main event. The Carpentersville, Illinois
native then blasted past thirteen competitors during the contest
to salvage a steady twelfth place performance.
In front of a record crowd at Swainsboro on Saturday evening,
Dennis and the rest of the series competitors vied for a $15,000
first place prize. Dennis went fourth fastest in his group during
the qualifying session prior to finishing second in his heat race.
After starting the 50-lapper from the inside of the third row,
he ran in the top five for much of the race before settling for
a sixth place effort at the checkers behind only victor Ryan Gustin,
Ashton Winger, Bobby Pierce, Drake Troutman, and Nick Hoffman!

(March
16, 2025) Dennis Erb, Jr. and his #28 team headed
to Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, Tennessee on March 14-15
for the annual running of the 'Tennessee Tipoff.' With Saturday's
$15,000 to win weekend finale nixed by Mother Nature, Dennis only
competed on Friday night at the Volunteer State oval. Unfortunately,
the Carpentersville, Illinois ace missed out on the $12,000 to
win World of Outlaws Late Model Series headliner on Friday after

Erb, Jr. Lands on Podium in Tuckassee
Toilet Bowl Classic Opener!
(March
2, 2025) The Dennis Erb Racing team invaded Clarksville
Speedway in Clarksville, Tennessee on February 28-March 1 for
the annual running of the 'Tuckassee Toilet Bowl Classic.' The
Super Late Model portion of the doubleheader weekend kicked off
with a $2,500 to win opener on Friday night. Dennis Erb, Jr. stopped
the clock fourth fastest during the qualifying session prior to
moving up to finish third in the 25-lap feature behind only victor
Jason Riggs and runner-up Jadon Frame.
On Saturday evening at Clarksville, a $7,500 first place prize
was up for grabs in the weekend finale. Dennis laid down the fastest
lap in his group during qualifying before picking up a heat race
triumph. Unfortunately, the Carpentersville, Illinois standout
suffered problems during the 30-lapper and was ultimately paid
